Weight loss and exercise

Hi all doing body blast and vibe class 2 nights and yoga on another keeping track of calories up to 1200 but goes over by 200 some days what can I do to lose the weight. Any suggestions please. Body feels better but weight on scales is going up

    You're eating 1,200-1,400 and gaining weight? How much weight have you gained and how long have you been eating 1,200-1,400 calories?

    If your activity is new, chances are it could be related to water retention due to DOMS.
    Are you weighing your food and logging everything you consume with correct entries (no homemade or generic)?
    How long have you been at this deficit? How much weight do you have to lose?
