T1D looking to loose some weight and maintain

Hi.

I'm Richard and have been here before, but haven't had much success.

This time around I've done a lot of tweeking and seem to have found what works; the weight is coming off at 1800 calories per day, maybe a little too quickly, but I weigh in on Thursday, so will reassess then.

I am Type 1 Diabetic, so like to eat and live as healthily as I can. I exercise most days (swim, cycle, run & gym) and I have quite a busy year planned with several triathlons and a few running events.

I'm looking for like minded people to share this journey with, but I'll happily share with anyone.
