Hi Everyone
Newbie here and looking for weightloss and clean eating inspo. Currently studying biomedical science.
A friend recommended the app to me, so thought I would give it a go.
I have a very active lifestyle, but sadly overeat (thanks to being 1 of 5 siblings) plus I eat all the wrong foods (chocolate is my nemesis)
Looking to drop at least 1 dress size and live a cleaner and healthier life.
I love working out at the gym, I also attend and teach pole fitness classes (the best workout I’ve ever tried; I would recommend anyone to give it a go)
Happy fitness journey 2018
Melissa

Thanks for the message. If only there was an app to stop the chocolate haha! I took a few years out of study before I knew what I wanted to do. I think being a mature student has helped me to focus and I feel more motivated to learn. Will defo fire some questions your way. Thanks :)

You've come to the right place. The app is easy to use, just make sure you are accurate with your weightings. Too many people assume they know what 35 grams of something looks like and in the end are eating 70+. Remember its a marathon, not a sprint as well.

    Thanks Travis.
I’ll make sure I use the kitchen scales when weighing things out. Just about finding my way around this app :)
Will need to make sure I don’t push myself so fast and pile it all back on; like I have done before!!

This app has been a great thing for me! Tracking food, and helpful, motivational friends. It's the bee's knees!
