Hi all, Ive put on alot of weight in the past year & now have diabetes to go with high blood pressure. Hence my joining this site. This looks very helpful in taking a bit more ownership of diets etc. Thanks for having me here.

    Hi @Dangermuppet welcome. I was obese with diabetes and have lost the weight and am now medication free. My sugar is normal. It works.

    Yes a friend of mine also lost about 30kg & is now virtually non diabetic again. Thats my goal but maybe 40kgs would be good.
