Empty/blank friend request?

I searched around a bit and most topics were how to send requests, messages, etc. This should maybe be in tech. I guess. I had some friend requests but when you click on it, nothing is there.

Has anyone had this before? How'd ya fix it?

    We don't have to include a message, with our friend requests; so if their isn't a message it's because they, didn't type 1! Otherwise you select, to "Accept" or "Decline"!

    No, there was a couple friend requests sent but when you open it, it's blank. No username, picture, or message (optional).
