Me time

As a mom of 7, the hardest part of this health and fitness journey I have decided to take on is putting myself first. It’s hard to find the time to prepare meals, track calories, go for a jog. I’m happy to say that I left my husband with the kids last night and went to my 1st Yoga class! It was very informative and relaxing. Mostly, it was confirmation that my kids are okay without me sometimes and that my wellness is important too!

    I love me time too! And yoga is a great way to get it. I also enjoy hiking alone, just me and my dog.

    7 !!! ... wow one wears me out enough ... if I had 7 I like to think I would have the body of Adonis from chasing found after them all day

    Haha! I got down to my pre pregnancy weight very quickly, but breastfeeding makes me think I’m starving! So I gained it back. I’m ready to lose it again though and a few pounds more!
