My name is Glenn and I weigh 143kg. I have reached the point I can't walk for long before my feet are aching and I have to limp.

Change is within your reach. Well done for recognising your current set up is longer serving you. One thing I'll say is to avoid making so many changes at once. Start off with what you can manage and build from there. You wanna incorporate new habits and build a sustainable life on that. All the best!1
