If I’m walking or running/biking put my Fitbit in my sock or if I doing weights/body weight exercise on my wrists guarantee to reach 20,000 daily anybody else do this or am I cheating?

IMO, use it how it was meant to be used. That way, there's less room for gray area when you are trying to figure out what the numbers mean/suggest.2

Sounds like cheating if you aren't actually taking those steps... why do you care if you do 20k? it will mean that the calorie burn it will be giving you wont be accurate.0
