I am planning to loose 14 pounds, I have been trying to loose forever, I'd like to be able to wear summer dresses that are currently packed away. I am a carer for my daughter and at home a lot. The afternoon is a weak spot for me, thats when I am likely to binge, I've decided to put my shoulder to the wheel and get on with it, for me to wear the dresses, but, also to help my heart health, my cardiologist also told me to get fit. Looking for anyone to support each other in our endeavours.
