I m in day 19 now and lost 2,5 kg. Feel free to add me. I allready met some great ppl here and all of them are going well ! ! It s a fantastic app to motivate each other, just tell how your day has been , be honnest and keep using the app everyday. I feel better,more energy, more active, more happy, and I'm losing weight while it doesn't feel like I'm doing difficult things.by logging your food Dailey you see for yourself whats going wrong. You can have a day in red zone but don't overdo it those days, don't go ,alltheway and feel bad, do it controlled and enjoy it.

    Before I got this app I was absolutely clueless about how many calories I was actually eating, how many calories exercise had burned/added to my intake. It's such a great app and a lot of the people here are lovely. It's a great way for like minded people to motivate each other on their journeys!
