    Same here, quick question: to lose weight, do you eat all the assigned calories and exercise calories or what? Been at it for a while and scale isn’t budging

    @gingilebanon2012 are you weighing your food? I eat right at my calories and only eat back a portion of my exercise. I’ve been steady losing since October with no stalls. I find that using a good scale is very eye opening to what an actually portion is.

    I was 275lbs 11/2017 back when I first joined MFP. Now I'm 155, but I still wanna make it down to 140 just like you lol

    Hi there! I was 286 in January, now 275. I try to keep my goals in 25 lb increments but my ultimate in 180! I'm also lookingfor friends with similar stats and goals!

    I was at 150 and went up to 274 in a little over a year due to pcos. Essentially my body thought I was pregnant. Down to 250 after hysterectomy. I would like to get down to 145 or 140. I’m five six and stocky

    I was 272 about 6 months ago. I got the gastric sleeve which helps and everything, but just not as much as I had hoped. I am at 206 lbs as we speak, but I still have at least 65 lbs to go cause I am pretty short! Feel free to add me xoxox

    My weight is pretty close to OP's. Started 285 at the beginning of Jan. Down to just under 270... but I'm a 6'1" guy. My short term goal is to hit 265 by the end of March. Long term goal is 220 before Thanksgiving.

    Starting my journey over today. I was down to 225 a couple years ago, but as of today I am 286. Now trying to get to about 205.
    I am also looking for friends to help keep me motivated!!

    I am Canadian gal, 5'7" and currently 255lbs.. I was down to my lowest about 3 years ago at 196.5lbs after losing 55lbs.. Life got in the way and I gained it all and more back. I weighed in at 260.2 last week.. I'm back on track and my goal is to go back to ONEderland!
