Tuesday Mini-Challenge

I'm giving myself a challenge today, and I thought, why not share it with MFP?? =)

Today, I'm challenging **YOU** to be outside for 60 minutes!

Break it up into segments if you cannot be out all at once, or if it is extremely hot & humid (be safe)! Go for a walk, play with your dog/kids, tend to your garden, maybe wash your car (all burns calories)!!! Have your lunch outside and soak up some sun (vitamin D is very good)!!!
