How do you log soup/chili?! I want to know the macros per bowl.

Is it homemade?
You can enter the raw weight of all ingredients in the recipe builder. Once cooked, weigh the food and use the grams as number of serves - weigh what you eat, and enter the serves as the number of grams you ate...0 -
Yes on weighing raw, peeled, trimmed ingredients. Then measure total cups and divide into total raw calories. Enjoy by the cup. I put it into manual recipe builder for easy logging
