New mom!

I’m a new first time mom, my daughter is 10 months. I’m still breastfeeding and for some reason can’t lose weight. I gained 45 with pregnancy and lost 20 right away. Since she has been two months old my weight has stayed the exact same.

Now I’m focusing on calories, and carbs. I’m
getting serious about tracking in hopes of seeing some results!

I went to school for nutrition and also teach hot yoga. I am a recovered bulimic.
