Gym Classes

What are the best gym classes for a general goal of losing weight? I would also like to tone, but getting the weight off is number one priority and I'm thinking about trying to join some classes but I'm not really sure which ones to take. The gym I use pretty much offers all the mainstream exercising classes.

That's what every single one of the classes is for. Try the ones that sound interesting to you0

Agree with the above - However if your new to the gym try HIIT/Metafit as it's supposed to encourage 24hr post work out burn, Spinning is great for getting the heart rate up, Pilates is awesome for breathing & stretching, swimming creates a lean body, Bodypump is a good intro to weights. The choices are endless really. Just try & see what fits :bigsmile:0

Thanks! This is the kinda answer I was looking for. Never really did any of the gym classes before and I'm not really sure what a lot of them are, and what benefits they each have.0
