Hi everyone, been on here for 30 days now, have lost 7lbs in the first two weeks but maintained during weeks 3&4, even though really getting into the swing of things now and was hoping to lose a little more. any help would be great

    Congrats on the loss. Just keep going. 7 pounds in 30 days is a great loss.
