Sore joints Focus T25

Hi. I'm on week 2 of T25 and my knees and feet are really sore. Like last night and this morning I found it so painful it was hard to walk and I'm unsure of whether this is normal? I know you can get sore muscles and in the past I've just worked through this but is this something I should be working through or am I going to injure myself? I'm 5ft 6 and 171lbs so heavy but not obese so I don't understand why it's hurting me so much. Thanks

I do T 25 all the time I love the work out I truly believe you are still getting used to it and if you’re into much pain take a day off take two days off and then jump back into it best of luck keep me posted you’re going to love this work out1
