Activity level?

Hi all just trying to figure out if my activity level is set correctly. I work 3 days a week in retail mainly standing behind a till for 6hrs. I go to the gym 2-3 times a week for an hour then sit at home for the rest of the day. I've got it set at lightly active is this correct ? Thanks guys

    Activity level on MFP doesn’t include exercise. I would go with sedentary and adjust upward if your losses over the next 4-6 weeks are greater than expected or if you’re feeling hungrier.

    If it was 5 days/8 hours I'd suggest lightly active. Sedentary is probably more accurate.
