30 day squat/crunch/plank craziness

So I've started this yesterday. Looking forward to seeing how my body will change over the next 30 days. Hope I have some people join me cause I think this would be better than just the squats.

Yesterday I did - 50 squats, 20 crunches and held the plank for 20 seconds.
Today will be - 55 squats, 25 crunches and 25 seconds plank.

BTW - I hate planks! LOL probably by the end of this I will hate them even more.

    is a plank where you lay on your back and lift your legs and shoulders into the air and try hold it?

    I did the 30day squat one and gave myself a free butt lift...love squats

    A plank is like a push up with out going up and down and you are on your elbows instead of hands. Here is a link to a youtube video showing how. :)

    So excited. It's day 15 of this challenge and I can really see a difference in how my body looks. I even had to skip a couple of days because of migraines and couldn't do it but just took day 15 picture and can see a difference in my butt and thighs. Yeah!!! How are you all doing?
