Calorie Adjustment

Does anyone have their calorie adjustment on on their MyFitnessPal? I use an Apple Watch to track my activity and MFP suggest turning the calorie adjustment. Does anyone know if this is accurate? I’m not sure how it really works?

Look in the APPS section for specifics on your device.
But if your Apple Watch works like a FitBit when synced, it will compare your stated activity level in MFP to your actual activity. If your actual activity is higher, you earn more calories.
Some people find FitBit calories to be very accurate, others not so much. It's trial and error. Accuracy of you food log and type of activity you do is going to change things a bit. Start by eating back 50% of earned calories, and adjust up (or down) over time based on actual results.0
