Having a hard time eating my cals.

My goal is 1200 which I know is on the low side already. I don't know if it's anxiety about going over my cals or some other stressors going on in my life right now but I'm finding that I don't really have an appetite the past few days. We planned Chinese takeout tonight and I budgeted my calories accordingly-eating a lighter lunch than normal which was no issue because I wasn't hungry. I have been forcing myself to eat all week-having stomach issues and just feeling sort of blah. I am PMSing (sorry if TMI) and that usually gives me a voracious appetite. I am not sure what's going on but I am starting to worry a little as lack of appetite has never been an issue for me. I had planned a run today and didn't go because I wasn't really feeling up to it. Any ideas, suggestions on how to stimulate my appetite again? I wonder if maybe I have a little virus or something?
