I need some people to keep me on track. I am going on vacation. Three weeks after I get back I have Fight for Air Stair Climber. 47 floors. I need people to hold me accountable to keeping my cardio up.

You should download this app called Aaptiv...It's a personal trainer in your ear!! They have a few workouts for the stair master for different levels and intensities. They also help build endurance as well. Get a good playlist, pop in some headphones, and zone out. I do at least 60 floors a day on the stairclimber for my warmup it kills but you have to push through. Hopes this helps and good luck!

Because you probably won't have a "stairmaster" on vacation ...

    a) walk lots on your vacation every chance you get.

    b) climb real stairs every chance you get. So if you have the choice between an escalator and a couple flights of stairs, take the stairs. Go up and down ... it's the down part that is going to kill you on your 47 flight thing. If you're in a hotel with several floors, go out there and climb, climb, climb. Climb 5-10 flights in the morning before you head off anywhere. Climb 5-10 flights when you come back at the end of the day. Climb another 5-10 flights later in the evening.

    c) be active in other ways ... cycle, swim, etc.
