Spirulina?

Anybody use this? If so, what form? What benefits have you found with it? I hear it's great for protein.

    Not only due to the conditions of the oceans. Cyanobacteria are neurotoxic and are thought to be the cause of the gulf-war syndrome. How much of that stuff do you want to eat to get the amount of protein a chicken breast has?

    Thank you for the input. I was reading something that described it as a "super food", so I picked up a bottle. The rest of it will be going in the trash.
