Need Motivation in Winter

Struggling with getting out in cold weather. Can't get myself to the gym some days. Any suggestions?

    YouTube videos at home are great for cold days!

    I find it helps me adjust to the cold if I make myself go outside and do a little bit of stretching and bodyweight exercise first thing in the morning. Just a few wake up minutes. Of course, it depends on how cold you're talking, it only gets down to about the teens (F) here.

    If it's really really cold, dress warmly, preheat your car, and promise yourself a nice hot drink when you get home.

    Cuddleduds long underwear. Thick socks and insulated boots. Hand warmers for inside your boots and mittens. And invite someone to go on a half hour walk with you!
