Hi, I don`t know if I am asking this in the right place or not?
please forgive if I am not. I am hoping someone can help answer this quesion for me.
Once a week, I like to treat myself to an Mc Donalds- aussie bbq brekkie roll (594 cals)
but of late, I have been ordering it without the bun as I have stopped eating breard,
so was worring what the cals are now?
thanks- Ian

594 minus however many are in the bread? (I'm not in Australia, so no idea what kind of bread they use for it - but it sounds delicious!)

Look up a bread entry that's similar to what they use, subtract it from the 594, and make your own entry in the MFP database for "Aussie BBQ Brekkie Roll, no bread" with that calorie amount.

Just from looking at the picture, I'd guess the bun is 200 cals. I'm not in Australia either so I can only guess.

I take it your paying the same? next time get the bread and weigh it, find an entry for a white roll and log it as - that weight.
