Be sure to discharge any static electricity build-up before removing your Fitbit from the charging cable.

Apparently, I killed my One this way this morning. No I can't get a replacement because I don't have my receipt from 2 years ago.

    Update: One works now. Battery is full. I have no clue. I'm pissed that I lost 4 hours of steps and calories burned. Supposed I can fudge and add them in later.

    Had that issue with my Charge 2, eventually it stopped charging at all :neutral:
