Hi, my name is Jasmine. I’m 23, turning 24 on Feb 13/18. I’ve been gaining weight slowly over the last 4-5 years. I’ve had a gym membership for probably close to 6.5 years. The only time I’ve ever seen weight loss was when I was working a hard labour job back in 2013. I went from 215lbs to 175lbs in about 4 months doing that job. Since I started a desk job in July of 2014, I’ve gone up and up and up in my weight. On January 5/18 I was at my heaviest weight of 266lbs...... I couldn’t believe it. Since January 6/18, I made a decision to stop doing what I was so used to doing. Over eating. I’ve lost 11lbs in a little of a month by using this app and tracking my caloric intake. I’m not even close to where I want to be but this is the furthest I’ve gone without stopping and I feel good about that. Looking for motivation and happy to give it in return!
