I'm new too. I'm new here, although I've been on fitness pal since a while back but I always forget to come on line. I'm ready to be serious now. I want some friends for the journey too. I'm at 178 lbs coming from 194 in September 2017. Need to get to 160 by April this year. Now I'm set to get to 170 but I'm extending the bar.
