PIYO workouts

Hi everyone-
I have no idea how to track the PIYO workouts on MFP. Does anyone here have any helpful information?

    I just ordered it to alternate with a lifting routine. I've searched old threads and most PIYO vets say they log as yoga or pilates, but I've read some log the intense workouts (Sweat and Drench) as low impact aerobics.

    I'm probably going to create a custom activity on my Fitbit which is supposed to learn/improve accuracy on the activity over time. I'm skeptical, but this is what I bought the dumb thing for. So far, it's been pretty "overestimating" about everything.

    Anyone else have other suggestions?
