Schedule and eat regular meals, eat only at meals, and don't eat boring food.

Don’t tell yourself the food you eat is boring. Find another area for excitement.

Do you mean that you eat when you're bored? I've done that. Here's what I do: I pour a tall glass of water and drink it. I eat a rice cake with peanut butter on it. Or I slice up some cucumbers and eat them with some cherry tomatoes. When nothing else will do, I make a batch of popcorn and snack on that.

Here's another idea: don't be bored. I find that if I knit, I can't eat because I'm not willing to get grease or crumbs on my nice yarns. If I sew, I don't want the fabric dirty. If I get into a great book, I'm not bored anymore. Do you have friends to visit with? To talk to on the phone? Sometimes, even if it's dark out, I'll take a little walk through my neighborhood (which, I'll admit, is a pretty safe place). Do you play an instrument? Practice it. Do you want to learn a new language? Take a night class at your community college, then study at home (while eating cucumbers!)

I have this problem, feel like I need to lock the kitchen door between meals, think I will try deb la bounty’s ideas, and be more productive between meals. Good luck
