Fitbit Blaze Data

Since Christmas Day

Estimated Calories Consumed: 115809
Estimated Calories Burned: 175151
Estimated Deficit: 59342
Estimated Weight Loss: 16.93 Pounds
Actual Weight Loss as of this morning: 16.0 Pounds

My Measuring was, I believe, very accurate except December 30, and 31 and two days in January.

So far, it doesn't seem to be overestimating my burns as much as I would have guessed.

It's also probably important to note that I didn't start losing on Christmas day; that was just the day I started using a Fitbit to estimate calorie burns. So there is no big first-week water loss in these data.

Can I ask whereabouts you got all this data from? I was trying to do the same comparison the other day and couldn’t find any reports on the Fitbit website.

I ended up getting the reports out of MFP and found that my Fitbit Blaze calorie burnwas also very accurate based on what I had lost. I was surprised at this as I never trusted it fully and always left about 30% of my exercise calories uneaten. Nice to know the figures can be trusted for me. Will help when I get to that elusive maintenance stage!

    Congratulations on your losses :)

@monica182 I linked MFP and my Fitbit app. It's all available on the app.
