I'm 5'8, female (190-something)and honestly the 160s is the goal for me whether it maybe 169 or 160, if I feel healthy inside out, then that is all that matters.

This!! This is what matters. I'm a 5'7" female and weigh 154. Towards the top end of the bmi scale. I feel great and I am pretty thin. Maybe it's how I carry my weight? Heavy bones? Who knows? I'm happy with myself for the first time in years! I may try to lose a few more pounds but it will be because I want to, and not because of the bmi nonsense!

BMI is a range. There is no one universal number for everyone at the same height.
