Tempura? Calories seem way too low

I looked up calories for prawn tempura. Most of the results I'm finding on MFP or other sites seem way too low - 60 calories for one piece. I feel like pieces of tempura (meat and veggies) are pretty big - plus they're fried! Anyone have a good way to estimate this? Thanks.

Tempura are delicious but be conscious because it has high content of sodium

well I just googled the calories in 1 prawn, and the first site says approx. 8 calories per.
it could quite possibly be accurate. tempura is a lot lighter than regular batters, because i think it's carbonated water they mix with flour. it's not super heavy, so 60 makes sense. don't go crazy though, i agree with the sodium thing. also, being deep-fried, the fat is probably not very low either.

Thanks! Is the sodium from the dipping sauce though? I looked up the batter and while ingredients vary, it's mostly just water and flour. Do they salt the veggies before cooking? Where does the sodium come from? (Just wondering, not trying to be rude) :)

Tempura are low in calories but the sodium is the enemy,,

well sodium is in the tempura,, its part of the ingredients of tempura,, they put salt on it and especially the prawn or shrimp is seafood,,
