Hey everyone, I had MFP for only a little bit but I've only been logging in my food, and I've done so almost everyday. I really had no clue about this messaging board and I would love to communicate with others about their goals and their outlook on fitness. I love everything about fitness and nutrition but like everyone, I need that push every now and then. You help me I'll help you =] Feel free to add me, thank you!! :smile:

    Idk where fort campbell is, but i've been to Fort Benning and Fort Lee. I'm stationed in Camp Pendleton..

    I was just at Camp Pendleton today in Area 24.

    LMAO! I live in 21 area which is right by the beach. Right now I'm in Yuma, AZ testing out some Parachutes.

    Yea tell me about it man; 106 degree weather is not something I enjoy. I have a pool at the hotel I'm staying at, and I can't even enjoy it bc it's too hot out!

    Please keep your wits about you in camp pendleton. When I was in HS some girls I was friends with wanted to go there after a baby shower to try to get guys. All with intentions of nabbing a guy. Just know there are girls willing to drive from LA county all the way over there just to get what you have. It's not that I'm saying they didn't fall in love. Didn't go wouldnt' know. I'm just saying they were trying a little too hard IMO. HAHA I just realized in my case I found a military guy right in my own town hahah. what a freaking hipocrite! lol. but I think you might know what I"m trying to say. Be careful.

    what i do in crazy hot weather like that in my part of cali is stay indoors during the hottest part of the day. around 2 or 3. i plan my whole day around being in the AC at that time. Car, home or store/restaurant AC. just AC at that time. I know what you mean, you can't even swim cause your heads still out of the water and it's suffocating the heat. Ew. Good luck. Stay hydrated and plan your days. :glasses:

    Lol na I understand. I'm not really looking to settle down anytime soon anyways, not that having a GF is bad or anything bc it would be nice, but the fact that I'm not ready just makes it easier. What I'm trying to say is that I don't wanna get myself into a relationship leading her on and then eventually leaving her bc I wasn't ready from the start; that's just cruel. I do however know a lot of girls who are willing to do whatever to be with someone who is in the military, and I find that quite sad bc sometimes they just dk what they want either.
