Getting back on track after not bothering the last couple of months, 2 days of body combat, only a half he each day to get me moving again

    Congrats on deciding to make some changes. I like the idea of starting off with what you know you can handle and building from there. Build up those small wins and keep your goals and the reason you decided to get moving again in front of you. Best of luck!
