Need motivation

Hi Everyone. I'm kind of new, I did MFP a long time ago on and off. I also did WW and lost 18lbs but medical issues and stress brought it all back. I just can't get motivated back into my weight loss journey. Last week I gave MFP another try since it was rated really well and stayed within all my limits. Well I must be doing something wrong, I didn't lose anything. Right now, I would love to lose 25lbs and then more after that. I am at my wits end, not sure what or where to go next. Any advice would help me so much. Thanks!

    You can't just try weightloss for a week and expect results. You have to log correctly, and hit your calorie target, daily, for many weeks, or months.
