Back in school and trying not to gain weight

As I sit at my desk staring at a half written Professional Development Plan and avoiding thoughts of my upcoming accounting final, I realize how hard it is to just maintain where you are much less make progress while you’re in school in terms of fitness.

I was wondering if anyone has tips they would like to share on how to maintain motivation under the increasing time constraints or if anyone is interested in a support or accountability group? Sometimes just a simple “attaboy” (or “attagirl”) can make you look forward to that next workout.

    Logging intake is pretty easy and quick. Maintaining your weight is all about the calories, get some exercise when you can.
