No change in scale or measurements?

Not sure if anyone has answered this before but I'm at a point where I'm gaining muscle too fast and I'm seeing changes in the mirror but nothing on the scale. I used to go to the gym for 2 hours and now I just do pilates and dance in my room for an hour or so. I don't count my calories anymore, I got into that addictive stage with it. I just watch what I eat and it works for me. Any suggestions on what I should do? I have 80lbs to go. Last year I was 320 and now I go between 280 and 275. Also my waist goes up and down when nothing else does. I know with the woman body the stomach is the hardest to lose.

P.S: My stomach has more jiggle to it on top and has gotten tighter underneath.

You don't gain muscle eating at a deficit but, since you don't actually know how many calories you're eating or if you're at a deficit or surplus, no one can really say what's going on with you. Too many variables.

I'm with Chelle on this. You probably aren't gaining muscle and probably gaining weight. Track your food for a couple months and see. use a food scale to measure for better accuracy.

I agree - if you're not losing inches or weight, you're likely gaining due to overeating calories. If you're getting more 'jiggly' it's likely not because you're putting on muscle 'too fast.'
