Cycle l-glutamine?

Hi all i would like to know what you all think about taking “l-glutamine” and it’s pros and cons.. should you be taking it should you not be and why?
and also should you cycle it or not?

    If you are hitting your dietary protein targets, supplementing doesn't do much of anything. Especially if you are using whey protein powder to hit your targets. It's got plenty.

    If you're getting in enough protein, there's no need for it. Lots of stuff in the mags that give "advice" on supplements is for one main reason.....................................to sell them.

    Fitness magazines are basically supplement advertisement catalogs with a few articles thrown in (usually with more supplement endorsements in them) as an attempt to justify the price.
