The more weight I lose, the more I realize how heavy I really was.

The title says it all.

I always knew I was fat and it did not bother me that much. Well until my blood pressure started to creep up. But now that I feel physically better and more confident the more disgusted I am with my before pictures. Gross!

I have quite a ways to go yet but I regret not starting this journey sooner. It has made me so happy.

Can anyone relate?

I believe most of us can relate.

Absolutely. I've lost about 50 lbs but I'm not even half way to my goal yet. I knew I was fat too but I didn't realise just how bad things were, and looking back I have no idea how I could have been blind to it.

The more I lost, the more I realized there was to lose! I also learned that I could move a lot more. I had been too easy on myself for too long.

I understand. I feel the same way. I think I always see myself as a thin person, even when I was over 200 lbs.

    I can relate.

Don’t just regret, use it. Regaining is a real danger. Don’t. Start thinking about maintaining now.

Totally! The journey is not over after I get to where I want to be. I have totally accepted that logging for the rest of my life is probably in my future.
