    There are no special recipes for weight loss (if that worked, you could just use the recipes from the article where you read about it, right), and meal plans are very difficult to stick to if you don't make them yourself, and very simple and easy to make yourself. So, set yourself up for success: Get your calorie target by picking a weekly weight loss rate of no more than 1% of your body weight. Use our food diary and log everything that has calories, correctly and honestly, and hit your target. If you do this consistently, you will lose weight at a good rate, without any suffering or rebound weight gain. Welcome to MFP!
