Exercises while bedridden

It looks like I have probably torn a ligament at my knee. It HURTS and I've been stuck in bed for a few days, because I can't put any weight on it or bend it more than a few centimeters. Does anyone know where I can find excercises I can do in bed that will help with the rest of my body, but not move or stretch my leg?

That's going to be a tough one. You should definitely get that 100% diagnosed by a doctor. I once tore a ligament in my wrist that had me sidelined for a few months. It can be very frustrating, and they tend to heal slowly.
First, though, you need to be 100% sure that is what it is, and get treatment promptly to increase the chances of properly healing.4 -
Cans of food can be used for weight excercise. Find videos such as Richard Simmons sweating to the oldies, just using top half of body. Chair excercise if you can get into a upright chair.2

I'm waiting for my MRI, so definitely not playing games with it. Just trying to figure out what I can do in the mean time, because the rest of me is getting sore from being stuck practically immobilized in bed. So I'm looking for stuff that won't aggravate my leg, but will help the rest of my body.0 -
I just got out of a splint due to a messed up ligament in my foot. I wasn’t able to walk or put any pressure on it for what felt like forever, however I had bought the Jillian Michaels work out dvds from the dollar tree before my booboo and I just did everything that didn’t involve moving my foot. I’m still having issues with my foot so I’m still a work in progress with getting back into my regular work out.2
