Has anyone naturally fixed their Diastasis recti from being pregnant with just exercise? There's not a whole lot of research on this with successful results.
Thanks in advance!

Not from being pregnant, but I had a large diastasis recti from being obese with a large ovarian tumor, and I fixed it with exercise.
I read an article recently about a program which claims to have a high success rate, and I believe they use mainly vacuum type exercises - sucking in your stomach, basically.
What worked for me was first of all, stretches - if you stretch to touch the ceiling you can feel your abs kick in and pull together. Hold that position. It's sort of like a plank for people with no ab strength whatsoever. Then exercises like planks and push-ups. And eventually what really worked was the abs roller - which is, again, basically the same sort of exercise as a plank in that it's lengthening and resisting extension, as opposed to shortening and crunching your torso together. Crunch type exercises supposedly can even be harmful with a diastasis recti.1 -
Yes! I had my separation almost gone when I got pregnant again. Squats, planks, bridges do great thinks to rebuild it.0
