Burning fat, losing chin and gaining muscle

Hey guys! I was wondering ... What burns fat?? Specifically belly fat. And what makes you gain muscle ? Just protein?

Also... You wouldn't happen to know the secret to losing a double chin?

    Hey Janell, you can't really target the fat in a specific area. I've tried. It takes lowering your total body fat %. Your body picks where the fat starts to melt off first. And as for activities.... weight lifting. I'm a runner, so I would also advocate some cardio to boost your HR, but the real secret is weight lifting. The more muscle you build, the faster your metabolism will run. Then you will be a fat burning machine! GOOD LUCK!
