Thanks for the insight so 2lbs. Obviously if I could weigh myself without them I wouldn't use ask. It's clear from th3 question the scales are in a public place and I don't want risk going to prison because I weighed myself at the gym1 -

Thanks for the insight so 2lbs. Obviously if I could weigh myself without them I wouldn't use ask. It's clear from th3 question the scales are in a public place and I don't want risk going to prison because I weighed myself at the gym
so weigh yourself in the same clothes each time and the weight of them wont matter as you'll be able to see a downward trend if you're losing weight...7 -
So go there with your gym clothes, including undies under your arm. Weight yourself and the clothes on your arm, weigh yourself a second time without them. Difference is your clothes.
(I actually did that once on a 3 week business trip as I wanted to keep an eye on my weight. The office I worked at had a gym)2
