second times the charm! Journey #2

Hey everyone,
years ago I joined mfp and started a weightloss journey, my goal was to lose 60 pounds and develop a healthier lifestyle I could stick to. I surpassed my goal and after a year or so I deleted my mfp account (the messages were too much, if you're looking to flirt, please don't add me.) and I maintained my weight for 3 years.
I had my fourth child Jan 2017, it was a very complicated delivery and barely made it home. I bounced back and got back to my pre pregnancy weight in just a couple of months but depression started to take it's toll and by last fall, I was back to my old habits and my old weight.
So, I'm starting fresh! Gaining the weight back was a good reminder of how much I enjoyed my healthier, smaller self. Its a good motivation to get back on track. It was also a good wake up call!
I've one it once before, I know I can do it again and I'm looking to add some friends to add some accountability and extra motivation. I don't care if you have small goals or big goals, feel free to add me! overall, I want to lose around 40-50lbs but I'm taking it one pound at a time.
