if you have your mfp account linked to your fitbit and you end up less active than mfp anticipates for your stated activity level then mfp will deduct calories from your daily allowance.
mfp front loads all of your calories for the day so if you've got 1500, then that's how you start your day. but it's based on anticipating a certain level of movement. so if you're set for lightly active and you end up having a more sedentary day then mfp adjusts for that when it syncs with your fitbit.
