Hello Everyone!
I am setting up a challenge for myself to stay on task until April 2nd.
My goals until then are:
1. Maintain calorie goals. My goal daily is set to 1300 so I will remain at 1300 plus anything I burn doing cardio.
2. Go to the gym 5 days a week
3. Maintain protein intake
4. Maintain water intake
5. Try to get enough sleep
I weighed in at 151.5 today. My next weigh in will be April 2, 2018.. I hope to make some progress in the right direction... If anyone would like to set themselves up with a challenge and update this thread, that would be awesome!
