TIL Merlot has potassium in it

Today I learned my Merlot wine contains a nice dose of potassium.
After keeping track of my nutrients I realized I do not even get close to 1/2 of my requirement of potassium or iron.
I don’t care for bananas or potatoes.
Anyone have suggestions on what foods are high in potassium, iron, or both?
* I mistakenly posted this first in the chit chat forum.

Potassium is not required on food labels and many entries in the database are user entered. Lots of people don't fill out the nutrient portion completely. So don't assume you aren't getting enough. If you're concerned, try taking a couple of days in your diary and manually adding up the potassium and iron content from the package or by googling usda values. You can also have those values double checked, the next time you get blood work done.1
