    As others have said getting a more restful sleep will help. With me I have a lot of problem starting to exercise but once I get going I feel a lot better. I recommend doing more exercise but start off slowly and build up.
    Currently I am not doing any strength training, just walking on the treadmill for an hour each morning and I feel better all day.
    I don't know if it is loosing the weight, or just increasing my exercise, I have less pain.
